APGA, Oye Triumph Again at Court of Appeal

•••as Court of Appeal Ibadan Division Dismisses an Appeal against Judgment of Ibadan High Court in Favour of APGA

The Court of Appeal Ibadan Division in a unanimous judgment delivered on, Monday, 14th September, 2020, dismissed the appeal made against the judgment of the High Court of Oyo state and reaffirmed the decision of the High Court of Oyo State as delivered in its judgment of the 28th May 2019.

It would be recalled that on the 28th May, 2019, the High Court of Oyo State sitting in Ibadan entered judgement in favour APGA and the National Chairman, Ozonkpu Dr. Victor Oye, in which the Court ordered APGA and its National Chairman, Dr Oye to organise and conduct ward congresses, local Government Congresses and state Congresses across the country for the election of the new party officers before the expiration of the tenures of the incumbent officers on 15th May, 2019

The High Court in Ibadan further ordered and directed the APGA and its National Chairman, Dr. Victor Oye to organise and conduct a national convention for the election of new national officers of the party before the expiration of the tenures of the incumbent national officers on June 4th, 2019.
