APGA New Media, a conglomeration of APGA social media influencers defending and promoting APGA Leadership of Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ike, national chairman of APGA and Gov Willie Obiano led Board of Trustees daily in the social media today organized a media retreat/seminar at Milatel hotel, Agu-Awka.
Declaring the seminar open, the Convener and the national Youth Leader of APGA, Comrade Chinedu Anselm Nebeife (Ikenga Agunkwo), thanked the national chairman of APGA, Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ike Oye for his moral and financial support to the all important APGA’s finest social media influencers known as APGA New Media.
He said that the APGA New Media were doing a yeoman’s job on Social Media, stating that they were always promoting and defending APGA and her leadership.
Comr. Nebeife equally thanked the Executive Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Dr Sir Willie Obiano who is the BoT chairman and leader of APGA for making job of marketing and defending APGA easier through his unparalleled achievements in all sectors of the State’s economy, especially in the way and manner he was managing the COVID-19 pandemic era.
He equally thanked all APGA elected members in the house of representatives, APGA members in State houses of assembly and appointed APGA members in various offices for shinning the APGA lamp so bright thereby providing veritable contents for APGA new media.
The seminar topic was handled by a member of the group, Hon. Prince Chinedu Eri, the Special Assistant to Gov Willie Obiano on PMMO.
Hon. Eri was also intrumental in floating of official APGA new media website, APGA new media Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, YouTube and Facebook pages.
Meanwhile, the Coordinator of APGA New Media and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on APGA Affairs, Hon. Nnanna Nzewi (Otabili Onyenwanneya) distributed 5kg of bag rice and 5kg bag of beans to the each member of APGA new media as a way of cushioning the effects of COVID-19 on them.
Hon Nzewi also introduced the family of late Tochukwu ( the founder of APGA Ivory coast online) and also offered scholarship to the first son and 25kg bag of rice, 10kg bag of beans, a carton of noodle with cash gift to the family.
Highpoints of the seminar included the unveiling of the APGA new media handle in all social media platforms, sharing of stimulus package to APGA media members, Uyanwa family by Hon Nnanna Nzewi and donation of the sum of twenty thousand Naira to APGA New Media by Hon Felix Odumegwu ( Omus),SSA IGR.
